This pamphlet describes the efforts of a committee of Kansas politicians (3 Republicans, 1 Democrat, and 4 Populists) to investigate an explosion of dynamite in Coffeyville, Kansas, on 0ctober 18, 1888, just prior to the 1888 elections. It was initially blamed on the Union Labor party, a predecessor of the People's Party. The Populists demanded the investigation to prove their innocence. This pamphlet provides information from the populist perspective and includes a number of reprints of articles from newspapers.
