This cartoon shows spectators laughing as a buffalo disrupts and scatters a parade of musicians. The illustration is captioned "The Buffalo's Bill of exceptions to a strange band at Dodge City, Kansas, a badly broken up parade of a gorgeously uniformed band of Eastern musicians." It was published in the Police Gazette, date and location unknown.
