A letter on July 22, 1873, from Officers of the Republican, Salina and Arkansas Railway Company concerning the contract with A. Cutler to build the railroad and the Salina bonds. A letter on August 1, 1873, from Abram Cutler, informs Governor Osborn the names of those elected to serve for the issuing year as officers of the Railway Company. A letter on October 17, 1873, from H. C. McComas concerning lands granted to the State of Kansas to the Leavenworth, Lawrence, and Galveston Railroad by the act of Congress. A letter on September 8, 1874, from L. A. Thrasher, requests arms for his surveying party.
